New edition of Digital Skills Lab at 42 Urduliz Bizkaia

This time, your team will be able to take the leap into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through our 42 methodology.

From 16 to 24 November, Digital Skills Lab returns to 42 Urduliz Bizkaia. And this time we are taking it to the next level: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Digital Skills Lab is an initiative under Bizkaia with the talent, the talent strategy of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, of which Fundación Telefónica is a part. The aim? To support the digital transformation of companies by upskilling their teams through innovative training programmes.

Here is some information about this edition:

Who is this training for?

For your team! It is particularly aimed at technical, development, data or analytics professionals from companies based in Biscay who want to expand their skills in this field. The only requirement is to have prior knowledge of Python, algorithms and statistics.

This is what we offer

  • An intensive, hands-on experience to progress from programming to machine learning based on data. Understand what goes on behind the scenes of a machine learning model and learn how to interpret its results.
  • Learn through the 42 methodology – that is, independently, collaboratively and by solving challenges – to:
    • Develop linear regression models, both from scratch and using specialised libraries.
    • Work with multiple variables to analyse more complex relationships within the data.
    • Prepare, manipulate and visualise data to identify patterns and relationships.
    • Apply statistical concepts to interpret results and evaluate model performance.
  • An opportunity for the talent already within your company to continue developing and incorporate new knowledge and tools into their day-to-day work.
  • A 7-day training program, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the option to work remotely from the campus outside of training hours.
  • Networking with professionals from other companies and sectors. Nineteen companies took part in the previous edition.
