Fundación Telefónica processes the personal information provided by users of this website, through specific forms, for different purposes, related to the interest of such users to receive information on the activities carried out by Fundación Telefónica, or the management of your attendance and participation in events and activities organised by the aforementioned entity.   • Access: allows the owner of the data to obtain information on whether Fundación Telefónica processes personal data concerning him/her and, if so, the right to obtain information on his/her personal data subject to processing.
  • Rectification: this allows errors to be corrected and data that is inaccurate or incomplete to be modified.
  • Deletion: this allows data to be deleted and no longer processed by the Fundación Telefónica, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it and/or other legitimate reasons for its processing do not prevail.

  • Revoke the consent previously granted to Fundación Telefónica.

Why will Fundación Telefónica process your personal data?

Fundación Telefónica will process the personal data you provide solely for the purpose of managing your request made through the “Contact” section of this website, and to send you a reply for that purpose.

Fundación Telefónica will keep your personal data as long as it is strictly necessary to deal with your request.
